NEW for 2026
The Rancho Cordova Fourth of July Celebration is nearly here! Please remember these guidelines for a truly spectacular event for all:
PARKING:
Parking closes at 9pm and gates close at 9:45pm, so please make plans to arrive at Hagan park allowing enough time to enter. There will be no exceptions made for late entry. Please be advised, mobile and GPS apps including Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze may reroute you to community side streets to access Chase Drive while trying to enter Hagan Park. These streets are restricted to RESIDENTS ONLY. Access to Chase Drive is only available via Coloma Road.
Event parking may be accessed at two points on Coloma Road: at Mills Middle School and on Chase Drive. Traffic attendants will direct you to available parking.
Double parking on any Rancho Cordova street is strictly prohibited and will be enforced. Vehicles double-parked or illegally parked on any Rancho Cordova street WILL BE TOWED at owner's expense.
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
- Leave the fireworks to the pros. No personal fireworks allowed.
- Leave the pets at home. For the safety of attendees and the animals, pets are not allowed into the Rancho Cordova Fourth of July Celebration. Certified service animals are permitted -- this does NOT include companion animals.
- No outside alcohol allowed.
Beer and wine is available for purchase at the Fourth of July and sales support local non-profit organizations :)
- No weapons of any kind are allowed.
- SUBJECT TO SEARCH: All entrants will be required to pass through metal detection devices. All personal handbags, totes, diaper bags, coolers, non-transparent water bottles, etc. are subject to search at the entry gates. Clear bags and clear water bottles are encouraged for faster security screening.
- No drones. In order to insure the safety of all, drones are not allowed at the Rancho Cordova Fourth of July.
- No unregisted vendors are allowed. Vendors who have not been pre-approved by the Rancho Cordova Fourth of July Celebration will be escorted off the property and product may be confiscated.
- No BBQs. In the interest of safety, no park BBQs are open on July 3 and 4 and guests are prohibited from bringing BBQs and grills into the park. Bringing a picnic is allowed and 30 food vendors are on site and ready to serve.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Parking is $10, cash only.
Please have cash ready for speedy processing.
- Disabled parking is available.
You must have a disabled plate or tag in the car and make sure the parking staff guiding your car are aware of your disabled status. They will direct you to the disabled parking areas. The $10 parking fee applies. Disabled parking is limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Please arrive early to insure a parking spot.
- FREE bicycle parking is available at the Rancho Cordova Fourth of July, offered by BARC (Bicycle Advocates of Rancho Cordova). To access bike parking enter the event at the Chase Drive Admissions Gate.
- Seating is not included with General Admission tickets so please feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on. A limited number of tickets offering seating and other upgrades are available. CLICK for VIP and other ticket options. Water, chairs, pop-ups, umbrellas, sunscreen, and blankets are welcome however all pop-ups and umbrellas will have to be completely put away once the concert starts to avoid any view obstruction for our guests.
- No ATMs on site. Food and beverage vendors accept debit/credit cards. We suggest you buy your carnival tickets early per below.
WHAT TO DO NOW:
- Admission tickets should be purchased online in advance for $5 per ticket.
Children age 5 and younger area admitted free of charge. Tickets purchased at the gate are $10, so
buy in advance and SAVE.
- Best deals on Carnival ride tickets are purchased in advance.
All day (one-day)
carnival tickets are $30 when purchased online in advance through July 2.
All day (one-day) carnival tickets are also $30 when purchased in advance at KP International Market in Rancho Cordova (CASH ONLY). All day carnival tickets are $40 if purchased on site at the Rancho Cordova Fourth of July event on July 3 and July 4.
